· The ad promises one thing, the page says another. If the ad talks about artificial-turf installation in Riyadh and the click opens a general homepage, the visitor is gone in two seconds. Every ad needs a page that finishes its sentence rather than starting a new one.
· Nothing is being tracked. Without conversion measurement there is no campaign, only spend. The platform needs a signal to learn who buys, and you need a number to decide with. We set tracking up before launch, never after.
· The intent is wrong. Someone searching Google knows what they want now; someone scrolling Instagram does not yet. Running the same message on both burns the budget on one of them.
· Contact is too far away. Every extra step between interest and contact loses a share of visitors. A visible number, a WhatsApp button, a short form — that is the whole list.
· Nobody replies. In most accounts the fastest available improvement is not in the ad, it is in response time. The maintenance customer who waited ten minutes has already called someone else.
